A group of MCA leaders led by party president Dato' Seri Ong Tee Keat met with Singapore ’s Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew here on 8th June 2009.
During the 90-minute meeting, Lee and the MCA leaders discussed various issues concerning the Chinese community in Malaysia .
Others who attended the meeting were MCA vice-president Dato' Sri Liow Tiong Lai, MCA Youth chief Dato' Dr Wee Ka Siong, Wanita MCA chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun and MCA secretary-general Dato' Wong Foon Meng.
