308大选至今短短的13个月里，我国已进行了5场的补选，随着昨天公正黨宣傳部代表前槟州第一幅首长莫哈末法魯斯發表一則辞去本南地州议席的文告后，我国极可能将在接下来的60天内迎来第6场的补选！
说极可能是因为根据报导，有关辞职文告虽然是由法鲁斯亲笔签名，并附上其身份证号码，但有关文告里头辞职的日期字体，与其他的段落字体略有不同。因此这一两天内莫哈末法魯斯会不会像霹雳三位州议员一样突然跳出来否认辞职成了关键！
回顾过去5场补选，其中有两场是因为公正党为了照顾该党的独自利益而制造的，第一场826峇东埔补选是为了圆安华的916首相梦而由其太太让路给他上阵，刚过去的武吉士南卯则是因为在议员疑受指示下“无端失踪” 并辞职后而导致补选。有关议员至今还欠选民与国民一个清楚和可被接受的辞职与失踪理由！现在补选已过，看来该党和该前议员永远不打算向人民交代了！可怜国家在面对经济低迷之际仍然必须为了他花费巨额金钱进行补选！而民选议员为了赢取有关选区而不得不放下照顾自己选区或公务的时间来往奔波助选！人民利益受损，国家发展被拖慢！
还记得前阵子有记者问我，您认为黄洁冰需不需要辞职，我的答案是：“如果单纯只是为了报章上那两张睡姿不雅的照片，我看不出需要辞职的理由！”，所以今天她不辞职是明智之举！
同样的，根据莫哈末法魯斯所发表的文告中提及的：“我也会利用这个空间来专注还我名誉清白，以洗脱一直以来抛向我的所有污蔑指控。”我想问的是既然清白何须辞职？为什么要劳民伤财？这难免增加了谣传虽然槟首长林冠英认为公正党的现有两名州议员中有担任第一副首长的适当人选，安华仍准备制造补选，以让他属意的槟州公正党署理主席曼梳博士在本南地补选中上阵，以自动出任第一副首长职的可信度！
我们同意涉及滥权或行为触犯法律的议员辞职，但法鲁斯昨日现身吉隆坡，接受《南洋商报》的专访时竟然誓言若公正党不在两周内为他洗脱罪名，还他清白，重拾政治声誉，将詷言揭发该党及槟州民联政府的内幕！这又难免让人对他的辞职充满疑惑了！实情是什么？到底是谁的错？他是代罪羔羊吗？
补选劳民伤财，国家经济亟待振兴之际刻意制造补选的行为是否正确，选民自有评断！
安华的个人政治魅力与资本已逐步的在他自己的操弄下和国家政局被他不断的操弄下一天一天的在削减！我们不敢奢望接下来的一场补选人民会因此唾弃他所遴选的候选人，但，请别把人民都当成是傻瓜！有些事情是会在人民的记忆中记录下来的！

国阵及民联确实都有把人民当成是笨蛋的例子。但，我倒认为还是国阵占上风。人民不是瞎子，人民是有智慧的，人民懂得判断是非。。。补选的确劳民伤财，是每个人都不想的。但可能在某个政党的利益下，补选时为了巩固该党的地位，铲除枯枝。身为领导者这么做是对当有所交代。他们也不想敌对党把这当成一个话题来攻击回他们。国阵也可能会这么做。霹雳州政权就是最好的例子。不是应该先搞好经济吗？
其实，为了不劳民伤财，国阵可杯葛这次的补选，就算有独立人士出来竞选的话，对政府也好，国阵也好，在野党也好，财力物力也可省下许多。这也能为国阵赢得口碑！
讲到劳民伤财我个人就觉得非常的可笑
马来西亚最厉害劳民伤财的政党居然说敌对的政党劳民伤财。
PROTON，大道，MAS，那一个不是50年在劳民伤财的东西？
MAS的就更夸张，以前老马时代的时候简直就是A钱机器。分家后的新航和马航简直就是天与地。
人民就是这样被“劳民伤财”了50年。
马华反省知错的口号，在这个贴完全看不见。
所谓劳民伤财
在这里说的只是劳国阵的民，伤国阵的财
因为现在选民不是几十年前的选民，
随着教育程度提升，人民不会在被区区的几百所欺骗。
就算收了钱也不会投国阵。更好笑的就是有选民还把国阵给的钱投入民联的筹款箱里。
一场一场的补选都充满疑问
但是疑问的不是为何多了那么多的补选
而是为何国阵无法在补选中获胜，尤其是西马地区。
现在至关重要的不是补选应不应该举行
换作以前的国阵，需要质疑举行补选的必要性吗？不需要，因为以前国阵稳赢，周女士根本就不用害怕。
可是现在不同了，稳输的补选搞到国阵荒了。
连这么重要的民主过程“补选”，都说成劳民伤财。
那么我建议国阵修宪，直接把马来西亚的选举废掉，那么国阵就稳如泰山，安安定定做个共产党。
那么就不会有什么走后门的事件，也不会被人民羞辱， 对周女士对马华来说是天大的好事。
It's sad to note Anwar and Pakatan Rakyat (PR) team become addicted to by-election? probably it becomes a "game" in politics?
They might have thought that PR (DAP/ PKR/ PAS) can dominate and control all the by-elections, and shall win over on any occasion with huge majority!?
Many have lost confidence in them.
We, not all, but the majority prefer to have a dedicated and committed government in bringing the country to a greater level of development.
I believe Pakatan Rakyat is not like what you claimed, addicted to by-election. Election is just a democracy procedure to elect for new leader. Let say a leader that elected earlier had done wrong thing and the party leader sure has the right to step him down and re-elect for new candidates. By-election is wasting money and time, this i agree, but even election and by-election, our SPR can do this job with minimum expenditure. But until now, they are not. Just for the ink case, few hundred thousand had been spent just to purchase the ink to create a marking on the voters, but end up, just simply announce they dont want to use the ink. What is all this about？This is only a simple example.
Our SPR president today claim that, party who purposely created by-election is wasting goverment's money and time, and urge Rakyat can show their unhappiness of this by-election by voting the other party. As a independent body like SPR, the president can say like this? I think he is not longer suitable to become president for Malaysia SPR, maybe he is currently SPR president for BN.
I definitely agree with 阿土伯 that election is a democracy procedure.
If BN feel that the by-election is costly, they can just do not to nominate any candidate in this by-election.
Regards to the SPR president issue, because of SPR functioning in a bias way, therefore the voters will feel sympathy to the opposition.
The voters can strongly feel the unfairness of the election, especially the function of SPR.
The oppositions always need to obey to the prohibition such as do not voice the issue of artantuya, while BN can sabotage their enemy with any methods that they like.
Yups, SPR just like own and under control by Barisan Nasional. Everything, including the determination of the by-election date, press statement etc. For example, goverment spent a lot of money for by-election, we hope that the percentage of voters to vote is high, but since SPR purposely fix by-election day on tuesday 7/4/2009 for pass by election, seems like they are purposely have intention to reduce the vote especially for those younger people who need to work outstation. All this should be considered by SPR instead of doing bias decision. Rakyat know, Rakyat able to see what is happening.
